This site is explicitly designed so that (almost) no data from you is required for its operation. Only the usual log files are written to the server. These include:
- your IP address
- the page you visit
- the time at which you accessed the page
- the source page from which you were directed here
- which browser and operating system you are using
We use this data to be able to analyze how many (different) visitors visit our site at what time (and where they come from) and, in the event of an attack, to be able to trace where the access came from.
The legal basis for the collection of the data is European data protection law ("GDPR"), specifically the pursuit of the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR to improve our website and the fulfillment of a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the GDPR as we must ensure that we can react adequately in the event of an attack and evaluate this attack.
We only use your data to learn something about the use of our website and, for example, to determine which of our pages are of particular interest.
Apart from us, only our hoster Dizzweb has access to the above-mentioned data, as the hoster generally has access to log files. Further information on how Dizzweb handles personal data can be found at https://dizzweb.com/de/privacy.
We use Simple Analytics to collect simple access statistics. This gives Simple Analytics B.V. access to the above-mentioned data. Further information on the handling of personal data by Simple Analytics can be found at https://dashboard.simpleanalytics.com/privacy-policy.
We store your data for a period of 12 months. The data is stored exclusively on the servers of our hoster in Germany.
You have all rights to which you are entitled to under the European data protection law GDPR. These include, among others:
- Right to erasure: Upon request, we will erase all data that we have collected from you at any time.
- Right to information: You can ask us at any time what data we have stored about you.
- Right to rectification: If the data we have collected is incorrect, you can inform us at any time and we will rectify the errors.
- Right to transfer: If you wish, we can transfer the data we have collected to you.
- Right to restriction of processing: If you wish, we can exclude your data from processing (in which case we would simply delete it).
- Right to lodge a complaint: You can complain about us to a supervisory authority - we would of course be delighted if you approached us first!
All these rights are of course available to you free of charge.
If you have any further questions, you are welcome to contact our data protection officer: datenschutz-extern@frachtwerk.de
